Educational program for using the best Pilates Method |

I have been trained in Sweden at Stockholm Pilates Center under the
instructions of Carita's Leche. As a licensed Stott Pilates instructor I
am teaching the whole stott pilates matwork repertoire since 2007. In
summer 2008 I have been trained at the Reformer, Cadillac , stability chair and barrels for
a whole month at the Stockholm's Pilates Center a licensed center for the Stott
Pilates . It is important to learn from the sources. It is important
to use trademarks but you owe to use them when you have the license and
you are certified.
I would like to extend a big thank to Moira Merithiew, the first lady
in Pilates, for the intensive and best methodical training in
Pilates program!!!!
Another Bravo goes to John Garey a pure teacher who gave a new fresh look to the
old fashion classical pilates methodology. We respect the old way but we need to
go ahead. We need to upgrade Pilates!!!
NOW I am creating my own Pilates Workout for Gyms and Personal training
which I call "Athletic Contrology" Using dumbells, flexbands
,steps, cables and fitballs / Bosu...Its hard and its so effective and of
course safe!!! Using Proprioseption, Strength, Circuit and Control!!!

BOSU™
is an acronym for "both sides utilized". The BOSU®
Balance Trainer can be used with the platform side
either up or down for different types of balance
