We have to update Yoga for 2010 people that they are sitting lots of hours in a desk over a computer they are having bad habits when they are standing or walking so they spinal structures are already damaged and we need to take care. If you are starting practicing Yoga please make sure that you are practicing in a range of motion that is without any pain.
