This is my 3rd level for my Yoga Med program. If you have mastered the techniques and asanas execution for Yoga Med 1 and 2 then its time to put a little strength in your practice. Pick up 2 weighted toning balls in your palms and do a modified vinyasa routine that will help you strengthen / mobilize and stabilize the most critical parts of your whole body. Here is the Exelixis of Pilates… You keep the   5 basic Stott pilates principles but you give an athletic flavor to the flow of the exercises.
