This is
my 3rd level for my Yoga Med program. If you have mastered the
techniques and asanas execution for Yoga Med 1 and 2 then its time to put a
little strength in your practice. Pick up 2 weighted toning balls in your palms
and do a modified vinyasa routine that will help you strengthen / mobilize and
stabilize the most critical parts of your whole body. In the workshop you will
learn how to teach Vinyasa Flows with the toning balls together. Are you ready

“Athletic Contrology”
Here is the Exelixis of Pilates… You keep the 5 basic Stott pilates principles but you
give an athletic flavor to the flow of the exercises. Here is a program that

students only.. Lets take pilates on a
